MEET ASHTIN

Ashtin Mahler is a trusted Nashville and Middle Tennessee real estate agent known for her discipline, consistency, and client-first approach. Serving buyers, sellers, and those relocating to the Nashville area, she helps clients navigate the real estate market with confidence and clarity.

Before launching her career in real estate, Ashtin competed as an elite heptathlete at the highest levels of track and field. Originally from South Texas, she earned her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Texas, where she became one of the most accomplished athletes in program history. Her achievements include four individual conference titles, All-American honors, school records, an NCAA National Championship, and recognition as Big 12 Female Athlete of the Year.

Ashtin went on to compete nationally and globally, placing 5th and 10th at the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2021 and 2024, and finishing 11th in the world at the World Championships in the heptathlon.

She began her real estate career in Austin before relocating to Nashville, where she now serves clients across Nashville, Williamson County, and the greater Middle Tennessee area. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, or clients relocating from out of state, Ashtin brings a detail-oriented, strategic approach to every transaction.

In addition to real estate, Ashtin is a high school track coach, mentoring student-athletes in discipline, confidence, and long-term success. Her philosophy is consistent across both coaching and real estate: show up prepared, communicate clearly, and always put people first.
